{"id":5473,"date":"2025-12-19T08:30:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T14:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/desarrollosiglo21.com\/?p=5473"},"modified":"2025-12-19T08:30:17","modified_gmt":"2025-12-19T14:30:17","slug":"cabildo-aprueba-descuentos-al-impuesto-predial-para-fortalecer-la-economia-familiar-en-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/desarrollosiglo21.com\/index.php\/2025\/12\/19\/cabildo-aprueba-descuentos-al-impuesto-predial-para-fortalecer-la-economia-familiar-en-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Cabildo aprueba descuentos al impuesto predial para fortalecer la econom\u00eda familiar en 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo fue aprobado un paquete de descuentos fiscales que entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir de enero de 2026, con el prop\u00f3sito de apoyar la econom\u00eda de las familias y facilitar que la ciudadan\u00eda mantenga su documentaci\u00f3n al corriente.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los beneficios autorizados se contempla la condonaci\u00f3n del 100 % de recargos en el impuesto predial, as\u00ed como una bonificaci\u00f3n del 15 % por pago anticipado para quienes cubran la anualidad durante los meses de enero y febrero de 2026.
