Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) y la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (STPS) emitieron un nuevo criterio normativo con el objetivo de otorgar certeza jur\u00eddica a las personas f\u00edsicas que prestan servicios mediante plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas, aplicaciones inform\u00e1ticas y similares.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"640\">Este criterio establece que dichos contribuyentes seguir\u00e1n cumpliendo con sus obligaciones fiscales conforme a lo dispuesto en las leyes del Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISR) y del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA), tal como lo han venido haciendo hasta ahora.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"829\">Con esta medida, el SAT reafirma su compromiso de brindar certeza a todas y todos los contribuyentes, y ofrece canales de
