(CFCI) de Estados Unidos emiti\u00f3 un fallo que invalida ciertos aranceles impuestos el pasado <strong data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"255\">2 de abril<\/strong>, al considerar que <strong data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"348\">exceden lo establecido por la Ley de Poderes Econ\u00f3micos de Emergencia<\/strong> de ese pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"525\">\u2696\ufe0f De acuerdo con lo ordenado por la Corte, mientras se resuelve la <strong data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"458\">solicitud de suspensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, las aduanas estadounidenses <strong data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"524\">no podr\u00e1n aplicar dichas tarifas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"614\">\ud83d\udccc <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"614\">La medida no afecta los aranceles vigentes sobre acero, aluminio ni autom\u00f3viles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"708\">El Gobierno de Estados Unidos ya anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una <strong data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"689\">apelaci\u00f3n<\/strong> contra este fallo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"940\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\ud83d\udd0e Por su parte, la <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"778\">Agencia Nacional de Aduanas de M\u00e9xico (ANAM)<\/strong> dio a conocer que dar\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"825\">seguimiento puntual<\/strong> a este caso debido a su <strong data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"909\">posible impacto en las operaciones de comercio exterior<\/strong> entre M\u00e9xico y Estados
