Profesores de la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Victoria (UPV) publicaron un estudio en la revista internacional Systems sobre el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la innovaci\u00f3n empresarial. El art\u00edculo, elaborado por los docentes Rub\u00e9n Machucho Cadena y David Josu\u00e9 Ortiz Gonz\u00e1lez, analiza c\u00f3mo la IA transforma los modelos de negocio, mejora la eficiencia operativa y permite la personalizaci\u00f3n de servicios. El estudio tambi\u00e9n aborda desaf\u00edos t\u00e9cnicos, \u00e9ticos y culturales de su implementaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, ofrece recomendaciones pr\u00e1cticas para alinear la IA con objetivos comerciales sostenibles.
