Se destac\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los tres niveles de gobierno y el uso eficiente de los recursos federales, especialmente del Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social (FAIS).<\/p>\n<p>El gobernador subray\u00f3 la importancia de obras como la modernizaci\u00f3n de la Planta Internacional de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales (PITAR), que duplica el agua tratada enviada al r\u00edo Bravo, alcanzando m\u00e1s de mil litros por segundo, con beneficios tanto ambientales como econ\u00f3micos para la regi\u00f3n.
