La directora Julia Elida Ortega de los Santos explic\u00f3 que se imparten pl\u00e1ticas y talleres para sensibilizar a la ciudadan\u00eda, incluyendo din\u00e1micas vivenciales para estudiantes y capacitaci\u00f3n para maestros sobre el trato adecuado. Tambi\u00e9n se instruye a los choferes del transporte p\u00fablico para mejorar la atenci\u00f3n a usuarios con discapacidad, impulsando una cultura de empat\u00eda, bajo el liderazgo de la presidenta municipal Carmen Lilia Canturosas.
