La obra, con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3.9 millones de pesos, mejora la movilidad y calidad de vida de los habitantes. Adem\u00e1s, en la colonia Los Fresnos, se repaviment\u00f3 la Prolongaci\u00f3n Monterrey con una inversi\u00f3n de 1.6 millones de pesos.
