Estas obras benefician a vecinos, estudiantes y padres de familia del CBTIS 137, mejorando la movilidad y calidad de vida en la zona.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>La alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal destac\u00f3 que estas acciones son parte del compromiso con el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad. Con una inversi\u00f3n de 11.16 millones de pesos, estas vialidades ahora ofrecen mejores accesos para conductores y peatones.<br class=\"html-br\" \/><br class=\"html-br\" \/>Adem\u00e1s, supervis\u00f3 la tercera etapa del canal pluvial Concordia, con una inversi\u00f3n de 21.02 millones de pesos, fundamental para prevenir inundaciones y mejorar el sistema de drenaje en la colonia.
