Cynthia Canturosas Villarreal, presidenta del Consejo Consultivo, y la Lic. Cynthia Rodr\u00edguez Leija, directora general del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer, participaron en el curso de certificaci\u00f3n en el est\u00e1ndar &#8220;EC0779 Transversalizaci\u00f3n de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero en la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la capacitaci\u00f3n, ambas elaboraron un plan de trabajo anual, indicadores por \u00e1reas de oportunidad y una agenda de gesti\u00f3n para 2025. Tambi\u00e9n desarrollaron herramientas para el informe anual de resultados, alineadas con los objetivos del Instituto Municipal de las Mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El est\u00e1ndar ECO779 establece lineamientos de legalidad, competitividad y responsabilidad social, siendo un referente clave para servidores p\u00fablicos en temas de igualdad de g\u00e9nero. Esta certificaci\u00f3n refuerza el compromiso del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer con la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas efectivas que promuevan la equidad en el municipio.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Lic.
