Este reconocimiento, otorgado por el Congreso de Tamaulipas, honra por primera vez de manera post mortem a una figura destacada por su doble legado como m\u00e9dico cirujano y prol\u00edfico compositor musical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con la presencia de los tres poderes del estado y la participaci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de los integrantes de la 66\u00aa Legislatura del Congreso de Tamaulipas.
