Municipal de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano 2050\u201d<\/strong>, una estrategia que busca garantizar un crecimiento ordenado, sostenible y eficiente de la ciudad, priorizando el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal resalt\u00f3 que el plan est\u00e1 basado en ejes fundamentales como bienestar social, desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, movilidad, vivienda y sostenibilidad, con el objetivo de satisfacer las necesidades a largo plazo de los neolaredenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto, desarrollado con amplia participaci\u00f3n ciudadana desde diciembre de 2023, ser\u00e1 enviado a la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente del Gobierno Estatal para su an\u00e1lisis y aprobaci\u00f3n, antes de ser publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado y entrar en vigor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta iniciativa, Nuevo Laredo da un paso decisivo hacia un futuro planificado que promueva el desarrollo
