El gobernador de Tamaulipas, Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya, y el director general de Infonavit, Octavio Romero Oropeza, firmaron un convenio hist\u00f3rico para la construcci\u00f3n de 43 mil viviendas en 29 municipios del estado y la entrega de 55 mil cr\u00e9ditos, beneficiando a miles de familias trabajadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la ceremonia realizada en Ciudad Victoria, en presencia de alcaldes de toda la entidad, Villarreal destac\u00f3 que este proyecto no solo impulsar\u00e1 el acceso a una vivienda digna, sino tambi\u00e9n fortalecer\u00e1 el empleo y el tejido social en Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La alcaldesa de Nuevo Laredo, Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal, subray\u00f3 que esta iniciativa es un ejemplo de la colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva entre los tres niveles de gobierno y reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de su administraci\u00f3n con el desarrollo urbano sustentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El convenio contempla la construcci\u00f3n de 23 mil viviendas por parte de Infonavit y 20 mil a trav\u00e9s de CONAVI, priorizando a sectores vulnerables como mujeres jefas de familia, j\u00f3venes y adultos mayores, adem\u00e1s de la escrituraci\u00f3n de 15,600 propiedades. Estas acciones generar\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 193 mil empleos directos y 290 mil indirectos en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
