La apertura de la primera preparatoria UAT en Nuevo Laredo fue celebrada por la comunidad universitaria, empresarios y autoridades locales, reconociendo el esfuerzo de la alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas y la colaboraci\u00f3n con el gobierno estatal de Am\u00e9rico Villarreal.
