El Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (INMUJER) de Nuevo Laredo imparti\u00f3 un taller de defensa personal a las alumnas de la Preparatoria Municipal Jos\u00e9 Vasconcelos, con el objetivo de ense\u00f1arles a identificar tipos de agresi\u00f3n y adquirir t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de defensa para proteger su integridad f\u00edsica. El taller, dirigido por Sandra Cortez y Jes\u00fas Manuel Angulo, incluy\u00f3 teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica, ense\u00f1ando a las participantes c\u00f3mo reaccionar ante situaciones de riesgo.
