Gracias a un convenio entre el Instituto Municipal de la Juventud (IMJUVE) y el Instituto Tamaulipeco de Educaci\u00f3n para Adultos (ITEA), m\u00e1s de 100 adolescentes y j\u00f3venes han concluido sus estudios de primaria y secundaria. Este programa atiende a personas mayores de 11 a\u00f1os para primaria y de 15 a\u00f1os para secundaria, con cursos de aproximadamente cinco meses. Las clases se imparten en instalaciones del IMJUVE, sedes alternas del ITEA o \u00e1reas cercanas al interesado.
