Durante su Tercer Informe de Gobierno, la alcaldesa Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal destac\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de 4,576 millones de pesos en obra p\u00fablica en Nuevo Laredo. Esta inversi\u00f3n se ha reflejado en 906 acciones para mejorar la infraestructura y calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Entre los proyectos m\u00e1s destacados se encuentran la pavimentaci\u00f3n de 1,532 cuadras, la construcci\u00f3n de colectores pluviales y subcolectores, y la modernizaci\u00f3n de avenidas clave. Tambi\u00e9n se subray\u00f3 la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Planta Internacional de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales y la construcci\u00f3n de una preparatoria sostenible.
