La presidenta municipal, Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal, anunci\u00f3 nuevas becas para estudiantes universitarios y de educaci\u00f3n especial, destacando el compromiso del gobierno con el sector educativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En el espacio “Nuevo Laredo Comunica”, la alcaldesa present\u00f3 las becas UNE a la Excelencia Universitaria, UNE a la Educaci\u00f3n Especial y UNE al T\u00edtulo Profesional. Estas becas buscan apoyar a los estudiantes en su \u00faltima etapa acad\u00e9mica, ayudar a tramitar su documentaci\u00f3n y fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n de alumnos con discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ernesto Ferrara Theriot, secretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Deporte, inform\u00f3 sobre la ampliaci\u00f3n de estos apoyos. La beca de Excelencia Universitaria ahora incluir\u00e1 a estudiantes de escuelas privadas con un promedio m\u00ednimo de 9.5, otorgando 8 mil pesos. La beca para el T\u00edtulo Universitario destinar\u00e1 dos millones de pesos para unos 400 estudiantes, y la beca de Educaci\u00f3n Especial incrementar\u00e1 su apoyo a 5 mil pesos, beneficiando a 110 estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
