Este reconocimiento, respaldado por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Tamaulipas como instancia revisora, destaca los esfuerzos de la presidenta municipal Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal y su equipo para promover el desarrollo social equitativo y mejorar la calidad de vida en Nuevo Laredo, alineados a los objetivos de la Agenda 2030. Canturosas Villarreal tambi\u00e9n agradeci\u00f3 el apoyo del gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya para fortalecer los programas municipales.
