Mar\u00eda de Villarreal, visitaron el Palacio de Bellas Artes para invitar al maestro H\u00e9ctor Romero Lecanda a asumir la direcci\u00f3n del Instituto Tamaulipeco para la Cultura y las Artes (ITCA). Romero Lecanda, actualmente Subdirector General del Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes, acept\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n y asumir\u00e1 el cargo tras finalizar sus compromisos actuales.
